Room Rental Cancelation Policy

For all events hosted in Room A or Room B:

  1. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the space and for returning the equipment used in good condition.
  2. There are enough plates, glasses, cups and cutlery for about 50 people. It is strictly forbidden to bring disposable material and plastic water bottles (we have water jugs, one of which is 4L). If these conditions are not respected, a fee of $150 will be added to the invoice.

For all events hosted in the Desjardins Room:

  1. In the event of cancellation of a room rental following the reservation, a fee of 30% of the total amount of the estimated cost will apply.
  2. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the space and for returning the equipment used in good condition.
  3. There are enough plates, glasses, cups and cutlery for about 50 people. It is strictly forbidden to bring disposable material and plastic water bottles (we have water jugs, one of which is 4L). If these conditions are not respected, a fee of $150 will be added to the invoice.

For all events hosted in the Lounge area or the entire space:

  1. Upon the reception of the reservation, a quote will be provided. 
  2. We add a minimum of 0.5 hours up to 2.5 hours of set up time and 0.5 hours to 2.5 hours to clean up. Organizations are required to help clean up and put back in the space in a ‘co-working style’ at the end of the event.  
  3. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the space and for returning the equipment used in good condition.
  4. The total cost indicated in the quote is an estimate only. It may be revised if necessary. The final price will be shown on the invoice sent after the event.
  5. Once accepted by both parties, this quote will be considered as a contract. It cannot be renegotiated.
  6. In the event of cancellation following acceptance of the quote, a fee of 30% of the total amount of the invoice will apply.
  7. There are enough plates, glasses, cups and cutlery for about 50 people. If the number of guests exceeds that number, you can bring disposable material if needed. It is strictly forbidden to bring plastic water bottles (we have water jugs, one of which is 4L). If these conditions are not respected, a fee of $150 will be added to the invoice.
