About the Space
The majority of our space is dedicated to functional open-concept workspaces that enable collaboration and coworking. We offer three group meeting rooms that contain all the necessary equipment to suit a variety of needs. A comfortable lounge area is available for work reflection, quiet breaks, or discussions. Additionally, our lounge area can be converted into a large event space for conferences, movie nights, assemblies, etc. We have an equipped kitchen which allows for meal preparation and is useful when organizing big events.
Reserving a Room and the Value of Membership
As part of your membership benefits, you receive a specific number of hours to use when reserving a room for your event. You also get a discounted rate on additional room reservations.

Our Rooms
Accessibility Details
We do our best to make the Atelier an accessible space. We have a barrier-free entry with an automatic front door. The space is all one level, except for a very small lip to get onto the wood floor in the lounge area. There is one accessible washroom, and both washrooms are gender-neutral. There is also a change-table in the accessible washroom.
The Atelier is a scent-free space, and we ask those entering the space to refrain from wearing scented products. There is dim lighting throughout the space, and the option of fluorescent lighting in the Desjardins and smaller meeting rooms. If you have additional accessibility needs not listed here, please reach-out and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
